Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations via telephone, in person or by email. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you are required to pre-pay the exam fee to secure a new appointment slot. This credit will be used for the exam fee of your next appointment. If you fail to show up for your rescheduled appointment, you forfeit your credit and it will be applied as a “no show” fee. Thank you for your understanding.
