Centretown Veterinary Hospital was founded in 2008 by Dr. Emily Black. We are honoured to be listed as one of the Top 3 Veterinary clinics in Ottawa, ON. This award is presented to veterinary hospitals based on reputation, history, ratings, location, satisfaction, trust and cost to the general excellence. Our team serves Ottawa’s downtown core including the surrounding neighbourhoods of Centretown, Little Italy, Hintonburg, Lowertown and Wellington Village.

We are a 4-doctor, full service veterinary hospital offering a complete range of services such as preventive, medical, surgical and dental care. Aside from providing effective health care to our patients, our compassionate staff strives to make both pets and owners comfortable during their consultations.

As our nation’s capital, Ottawa is a city that is rich in history and culture. Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal and other world-famous attractions can be found in and around the city. Aside from being a hotspot for tourism, Ottawa is also a great place to call home—our team is proud to live in a city that is considered to have a high quality of life.
