Veterinary Assistant

I graduated from St. Lawrence College in Kingston in 2015. I always wanted to work with animals and learned about the Vet Assistant program and thought it would be perfect for me. I have 2 cats, Lila & Onyx, a bunny named Tilly & a bearded dragon named Squishy.

I joined the Centretown team in March 2017 as my first clinic job. I wasn't sure if a clinic setting was for me as my background was in rescue/humane society work, but I wanted to try it out and quickly learned that I love it! I like assisting the vets with appointments & surgery. I love my job because I work with the animals and my co-workers.

My first pet was a goose named Gander.
