I have always been interested in veterinary medicine, since I was little. In 2010, I started out at Centretown Veterinary Hospital volunteering as an assistant. I spent a year and a half learning everything I could, before heading off to technician's school. I graduated from Algonquin College in 2013 and achieved my status as a registered veterinary technician. I started at the clinic in January 2018 as a registered veterinary technician.
I'm most interested in studying sample collection and analysis in veterinary medicine. My first pet was a cat named Rascal, that I got from Santa Claus when I was six. My favourite part of my job is being hands-on in treating our patients. Centretown has a fantastic atmosphere, it makes it a great place to work! In my spare time, I run my own skincare business.
